NearRide does not offer refunds or credits for any purchase, under any circumstances. By completing a purchase you agree to this policy.

1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made through the NearRide website, including:
- One-time verified access purchases (e.g. weekly or monthly access — single payment, no recurring billing)
- Gift codes for verified access
- Any other paid products or add-ons offered by NearRide
2. No Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds. NearRide does not provide refunds or credits for any purchase, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Partial use of an access period
- Unused gift codes
- Account closure or suspension
- Dissatisfaction with the service
- Technical issues on your device or network
By completing a purchase, you agree that you have read this policy and accept that no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
3. One-Time Purchases (No Recurring Billing)
Verified access is sold as one-time payments, not recurring subscriptions. You pay once for the access period you choose (e.g. one week or one month). There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. No refunds are given for unused or partially used access.
4. Gift Codes
Gift codes are non-refundable once purchased. Once a gift code has been redeemed, it cannot be transferred, reversed, or refunded. Unredeemed gift codes may expire as stated at the time of purchase.
